1. Refund & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Sale items, gift cards, and items purchased during special promotions are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Customized or personalized t-shirts.
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is defective).
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will ship your replacement item within 7 business days after receiving the original product.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your t-shirt.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your t-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the defect when contacting us.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if the issue is confirmed.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible as the order may have already been processed.
