1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
- If you are located outside of India and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us for more information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (within India):
- ₹60 flat rate for orders below ₹999.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping (only in select cities):
- ₹150 flat rate for all orders.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days.
3. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please note that processing times may be longer during peak sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at contact@gmail.com.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please allow an additional 2-3 days before contacting us.
- In the rare case that a package is lost during transit, we will either reship the item or issue a refund.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays).
6. Address Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned to us.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if the incorrect information was provided at checkout.
7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., unclaimed package, incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- If you do not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the shipping fee.
